The Eurocup market still moves as Krasny Oktyabr Volgograd got two key addition in its front line, Gran Canaria brought back a familiar face and VEF Riga which will be competing in FIBA’s rival competition added a young talent on loan.
The Russians signed power forward JaJuan Johnson (2.06 m., 26 years old) who had a good season with Besiktas and 30 years old center Dmitry Sokolov, who played for Unics and in the past for CSKA Moscow.
Gran Canaria signed center Sitapha Savane (2.01 m., 36 years old) for next season. Savane played for Gran Canaria from 2004 to 2012 and since then he was a member of Joventut Badalona.
As for VEF, they got young guard Ludde Hakanson on loan from Barcelona for next season.
