As Karsiyaka just announced Colton Iverson is the new member of the Turkish champions in a very interesting transfer move for all the sides involved in the case.
Earlier in the summer Laboral Kutxa has announced the extension of Iverson’s contract. However according to sources close the situation, the Spanish club still owned salaries to the player from the 2014-15. Iverson was already negotiating with Karsiyaka, when Laboral Kutxa announced his extension and there’s still no settlement between the player and the Spanish club.
In the meantime, there’s still a FIBA ban of transfer for Karsiyaka and old debts have also to be settle in order for the new additions of the team outside of Turkey to have the right to compete in the 2015-16 season.
