Silas in Bonn, Hamilton in Red October

Xavier Silas is making his Eurocup debut after signing with Telekom Bonn, while Jordan Hamilton for the first time in his career leaves the US for Europe and also for Eurocup.

Silas (1.96 m., 27 years old) has played for Gravelines in France, Maccabi Ashdod in Israel, Philadelphia in the NBA, Quimsa in Argentina, Maine in the NBA D-League and also Nea Kifisa in Greece. Silas’s father, James Silias, was an ABA All-Star and had his uniform No. 13 retired by the San Antonio Spurs.

Hamilton (2.01 m., 24 years old) signed with Red October and he arrives from the Los Angeles Clippers, where last season he played 14 games. Hamilton made his pro debut with the Denver Nuggets in 2011 and stayed there until 2014, with two Playoffs appearances. He was traded to the Houston Rockets midway through the 2013-14 season.
