Iberostar Tenerife and Georgios Bogris have reached an agreement, after the player’s departure from Bilbao Basket. The club announced that the player is part of the team for next season.
This will be Bogris’ third team in the ACB league, as he was played for Andorra apart from Bilbao. Last season, the 27-year-old Greek center averaged 7.2 points and 4.8 rebounds in the Spanish league.
Bogris began his career in Greece with Ilysiakos in 2006 and was signed by Panathinaikos in 2009. In 2011 he played for Peristeri and Aris, before moving to Panionios the following season. His last stop in Greece was PAOK in 2013, before being signed by Andorra in 2014.
