The 14th pick of the 2009 NBA draft moves to Europe. For the first time in his career Earl Clark will play in old continent, as Besiktas announced his addition.
The 28 years old big man has played so far for the Phoenix Suns, the Orlando Magic, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the New York Knicks, the Brooklyn Nets and he cross the pond in order to go to China. This is going to be his first experience in Europe and he is the marquee signing of Besiktas, which is trying to be established again as one of the main forces in the Turkish BSL league.
Clark and Besiktas will also compete in the Basketball Champions League, still the main target of the club remains the results in the very strong domestic domestic competitions.
