Veteran point guard Mike Green is moving from Balikesir Best to an other BSL team, Karsiyaka. The 31 years old player is not changing country, but he moves up to a much more established club until the end of the season.
Green has started his professional career in Turkey back in 2008 with Antalya, he then moved to Liege in Belgium, Cantu and Varese in Italy, then Khimki in Russia, Paris-Levallois in France and he returned last season in Italy for Venezia.
The American guard will be able to help immediately Karsiyaka in the BSL, where the move for players from club to club during the season is not subject to any restrictions and he is also eligible to play in the Basketball Champions League.
