Michael Dixon extended his contract with AEK BC until the summer of 2019 as the Greek club and Basketball Champions League contender announced today. The current contract of Dixon would expire at the end of the season.
Despite his involvement in a fatal traffic accident, Dixon is one of the key players of the team and AEK wants to keep him for good, building his future around him.
Dixon has also a Georgian passport, he is a member of the Georgian national team and he is expected to play in the upcoming Eurobasket 2017. Born in 1990, he played his senior year in NCAA with the Memphis Tigers.
