Galatasaray made one more official announcement of a long reported deal. Kerem Gonlum despite being 36 years old signed a one year contract with the team. On the contrary Omer Onan, despite being one year younger, decided to retire after a career that included winning 11 Turkish league titles and 8 Turkish cups, and he became the team manager of Fenerbahce/ Ulker, replacing Mirsad Turkcan.
Also in Euroleague, Alba Berlin extended the contract of Vojdan Stojankovski for next season, while Cedevita locked a great talent for the next four seasons, 18 years old Marko Arapovic.
In Eurocup, six transfers were officially confirmed with Spanish club Gran Canaria stealing the show after the one year deal with 26 yeard old forward DaJuan Summers. Russian club Krasny Oktyabr Volgograd signed 34 years old center Fedor Likholitov and Turkish team Pinar Karsiyaka extended the contract of Soner Senturk. Greek club PAOK announced the addition of Kevin Langford and also a three years deal with 18 years old center Thomas Kottas. Union Olimpija Ljubljana signed a one year deal with Halil Kanacevic.
