Alan Williams put on a big double-double performance in Lokomotiv’s win over Tsmoki, PARMA dominated Nizhny Novgorod while Alex Tyus was once again the main push behind the UNICS squad

Lokomotiv Kuban continued its winning streak in VTB League with a 78-70 home win over Tsmoki-Minsk.

Alan Williams paced the home team with game-high 25 points as well as 16 rebounds and five assists. Sam Dekker and Mindaugas Kuzminskas scored 11 each.

For Tsmoki, Dominez Burnett scored 20 in addition to Alex Gavrilovic and Robert Lowery’s ten points each.

Earlier, PARMA Perm put Nizhny Novgorod under complete control and logged a convincing 106-71 home win. Artem Zabelin led the charge with 17 points while Adas Juskevicius and Maxim Grigoryev scored 14 each. The latter was 4-4 from deep.

For Nizhny, Michael Jenkins scored 16 while Darral Willis helped with 11 points.

Yesterday (17/1), Alex Tyus and Errick McCollum partnered up and led UNICS Kazan to a 100-89 road win over Stelmet Zielona Gora.Tyus banked 20 points on 10-11 shooting while grabbing seven rebounds. McCollum followed with 19 in addition to Valerii Likhodey’s 14 points.

On the other side, Ivica Radic scored 20 followed by Joe Thomasson with 14 and Tony Meier with 12 points.
