CSKA Moscow forward Tornike Shengelia suffered a contusion on his right tibia and will miss Saturday’s (26/9) VTB League against Parma. He will undergo further tests that will determine when he will be available again.
Next week, CSKA will be traveling to Spain to face Barcelona on October 1st in EuroLeague’s opening day.
Per CSKA:
“Tornike Shengelia will not play against Parma The player was examined at the GMS Clinic of Moscow this morning. He was diagnosed with a contusion of the right tibia. The timing of his return will be adjusted based on the results of the interim tests.”
