Despite losing Alan Williams to injury recently, Lokomotiv Kuban continued with great results and their last one came in the win against Zenit Saint Petersburg in the VTB League.
Loko improved to 7-3 while this was Zenit’s first loss this season in the competition (7-1). Jordan Crawford led the way with 23 points followed by Mindaugas Kuzminskas’ 20. On the other side, Arturas Gudaitis scored 18.
Saratov got a win over Enisey and it was mostly thanks to Nate Mason who put on an all-around performance with 21 points, eight assists and four rebounds.
Zielona Gora’s squad went off for 110 points in the home win against Astana. Geoffrey Groselle banked in 23 and Rolands Freimanis 22 points for the victors. Jeremiah Hill went off for Astana with 30 points but it was far from enough.
