Basketball club UNICS signed a contract with 26-year-old American defender Daryl Macon. The two-year agreement was signed under the 1+1 scheme.
The former player of Panathinaikos in 31 Greek League games averaged 11.8 points, 3.7 assists, 1.9 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 22.8 minutes on the floor.
In the Euroleague, Daryl played 31 games in green and white, where he averaged 13.1 points, 3.6 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 25.9 minutes of playing time.
Previously, the UNICS rookie played for Galatasaray, and also competed in the NBA G-League as part of the Texas Legends (farm team Dallas Mavericks) and Sioux Falls Skyforce (farm team Miami Heat).
From 2018 to 2020 MACON played 12 NBA games for the Mavericks and Heat, scoring 32 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists.
