Lokomotiv Kuban resumed its obligations in VTB League in an emphatic manner, beating Parma 86 – 61 and improving its record to 2-2.
Coach Katsikaris’ players had already obtained th edge from halftime (46 – 37) but that didn’t stop them from retaining a high-level rhythm on their game to ultimately blow away their opponents.
Not only did Andrea Zubkov played a major part in his team’s victory with 22 points and 6 rebounds but also registered a VTB scoring career high thanks to his bucket making. Evgenii Baburin added 14 points and Dmitry Khvostov 11 plus 6 assists.
For Parma, that remains winless, the one to stand out was Danilo Andjusic thanks to his 21 points and 5 rebounds.
