The club announced a two year deal with Lukic, who was on the bench of the team from 2008 to 2014. He will try to create a new team which will also include local players.
As former player and club president Sergei Panov said: “The club remains true to its philosophy, aimed at the development of young Russian players. Zoran Lukic understands this issue better than anyone else. We hope that his return to the position of head coach will open a new chapter for our club and for the second time. We will try to achieve the greatest possible result among the Russian teams and we will return to the final of the VTB United League, as we once were”.
