The final score was 93 – 66 in favor of the “Army Team” and pretty much describes what happened on the court. Nando De Colo with 19 points led a balanced effort which started with CSKA building a 12 points lead (25-13) by the end of the first period.
There was no coming back after that for the guests. Sergio Rodriguez scored 6 points and also dished 10 assists for CSKA, while Kyle Hines added 16 points in 17 minutes of action.
Micah Downs with 17 points and Justin Robinson with 15 tried their best, but their effort was far from enough for Avtodor.
CSKA Moscow has a 4-0 record, while Zenit which beat Riga follows at 3-1 and the duo of Unics Kazan and Khimki is one step behind at 3-0. Here are VTB United League’s Sunday result.
