Khimki Moscow Region announced that the extension option in the contracts of both Sergey Monya and Egor Vyaltsev was picked up by the club.
Both players have deals until the summer of 2019. “The club could have extended the contract or not, and the management decided to extend with me for another season”, said Monya. “I am very happy about this, and I want to thank BC Khimki for their trust. Let’s keep working”.
Khimki is preparing for the upcoming first-ever VTB United League Final Four in which the team will compete not only for the championship title but also for a spot in next season’s EuroLeague.
