Kendrick Perry has been out of Nizhny Novgorod’s roster last three games due to a knee injury and he won’t be back on the court this season, the club announced. He will undergo knee surgery and continue his rehabilitation in the United States.
The 26-year-old American guard banked 27 points, eight assists and three rebounds in his last game, against Enisey in VTB League, while he was averaging 16.2 points, 6.8 assists, 3.3 boards and 1.3 steals throughout the season.
In Basketball Champions League, Perry was posting 15.3 points, 5.3 assists, 3.6 boards and 1.7 steals as he led Nizhny to the quarterfinals where they got eliminated by Telenet Giants Antwerp.
