Brose Baskets has agreed to terms with Belarusian power forward Vladimir Veremeenko for one season. He arrives from Reggio Emilia where he spent the previous season.
Veremeenko was drafted in the second round (48th pick) of the 2006 NBA draft by the Washington Wizards on 28 June 2006 and played in the NBA summer league in 2008. However, he has spent all of his career overseas, in times like Avtodor Saratov, Dynamo St. Petersburg, Khimki, Unics and Banvit.
