Joey Dorsey has been having ups and downs in his performance this season and the rumor mill said he was about to depart from the team as Barcelona is on the market for a center.

Still, the 33 years old center left a good impression in his team’s loss to Olympiacos on Thursday, by scoring 7 points and grabbing 8 rebounds.

A day after the game, he posted a short statement on his instagram about his health condition, partly putting the blame on Barcelona’s medical staff and how he thought of quitting basketball.

He also thanked his fans for their support and it remains to be seen how things will play out.
