Double transfer strike by Galatasaray which officially announced the additions of center Alex Tyus and small forward Jon Diebler with a one-year deal.
The two American players were also teammates last year, since they both played for Anadolu Efes. An athletic, fast and agile center, Tyus comes to create a formidable frontline duo together with Nenad Krstic. Last year he averaged 5.9 points, 3 rebounds and 1 block in Euroleague.
Generally recognized as one of the best three-point shooters in Europe, Diebler scored 10.2 points and grabbed 2 rebounds per game last year in Euroleague, shooting with an exceptional 49.5% (52/105) from behind the arc.
