Brose Bamberg was dominant against Telekom Baskets Bonn and grabbed an easy home win with 84-64. Andrea Trinchieri’s team improved its record to 14-1, while Bonn dropped to 8-6 in the German league.
Fabien Causeur scored 20 points and handed out 8 assists for the hosts, while Nicolo Melli, Daniel Theiss and Maodo Lo shared 9 points each.
For Bonn, Josh Mayo finished the game with 23 points, while Ryan Thomson had 13.
In a rather tight game during three quarters, Bamberg was able to be in the lead despite Bonn’s attempts to chase a better luck in the game. It was during the final period when the hosts accelerated and with a partial score 27-11, they were able to seal another important win in style.
