Brazilian center Vitor Faverani signed a one-year deal with Murcia, per the club’s official announcement.
Faverani, 29, played for Murcia during the first half of the previous season. He averaged 11 points, four rebounds and 1.5 assists in 12 EuroCup games before signing with Barcelona, with which he notched 7.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game in nine EuroLeague matches.
Throughout his career, Faverani has also played for Unicaja Malaga, Valencia and Maccabi Tel Aviv while he had a short stint in the NBA with the Boston Celtics in 2013/2014. With Murcia, he’s expected to make his debut in the Basketball Champions League.
