REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for the establishment of Contractual Agreement(s) to cover a wide range of Eurohoops Academy’s needs, including the production of informational and promotional materials, event equipment technical support, manual creation, catering, strategic consulting services, digital platform development, and venue rental.
About
Eurohoops Academy opens a call for proposals from qualified suppliers with the expertise and capacity to support the Academy in delivering high-quality services across various operational areas. The selected suppliers are expected to complete deliverables and tasks as outlined in the different LOTs described below and detailed in the Terms of Reference (Annex D).
LOT A : Production of Informational & Promotional Materials.
LOT B : Event Equipment Technical Support Services
LOT C : Manual Creation
LOT D : Catering
LOT E : Strategic Consulting Services
LOT F : Digital Platform Development
LOT G : Venue Rental
The Proposals MUST be received at the address: astamatopoulou@eurohoops.net by the 24th of March 2025 and no later than 23:59 hours, Local Greek Time.
Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand Eurohoops Academy’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them.
Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
